So here is a picture of the property. Mow blow weed beds. sq footage is roughly 1,300,000 after you take out buildings (this is not using goilawn). According to my calculations I'd be at $3000 per mow. Am I way off? This would be the largest contract for mowing for me. Large 40 building apartment complex....

Let me know what you guys think.

I would be somewhere around 2200-2900 depending on how long the trimming and edging takes. No trim and edge, pretty flat surface and not overwatered=2200. Is this going to take you more than a day to do? I always say , for 3 guys mowing, I want to profit 900 per day for a good day of mowing.

30 acres would take me about 7 hrs to mow once. About ten to make it look decent.

edge all sidewalks, pick up after low income people, if it isnt done already... blow off parking and sidewalks and bag debris and take away.

How long would this take you and what is your hourly rate? With how many guys ? Sounds like a pita account to be honest. But if its paying over 12000 per month, there isn't a lot I wouldn't pass up for that.

It will go for less than 1000 per mow

I know brick man is in the area and another large local company did it last year.. The standard, drop off a few guys they mow and then pick them up later. I guess I should give my best price and watch them open up bids. I am in pretty good with the town and area, so if that helps... Who knows.

With everything included I think you're pretty close at 3k. I also agree it sounds like a PITA account, and that it will go for 1k per visit.
