W/B Was Cutting Really Bad.. Low Tire Pressure the Problem

    The other day my HD45 was cutting like crap.. was laying down grass and not anything like it should. After checking all the normal things.. blades.. grass under deck.. I checked the tire pressure and they were way down.. but you really couldnt tell when it was on the grass... After filling them up its cutting better than it ever has, I guess the low tire pressure was making the front higher than the back of the deck causing the problems.. I know I know.. why didnt I notice this a long time ago.. Now Im checking all the time :eek:

    got an inexpensive digital tire gauge at

    Advance Auto Parts...

    under 10 dollars [US]

    Accurate and easy to see numbers....

    I got one for a buddy of mine who is lazy...

    And always guessed about it,

    Now he checks his pressure more often...

    lesson learned...
