I have been looking for a walk-behind for awhile now. Just about pulled the trigger on a new Better dually when they had the sale but would like to stay with a Scag fixed or floating deck, Exmark turf tracer,or Toro T-bar floating deck 36"-52". Looked at alot of used machines for "new" prices. Want a good deal on a good mower. Let me know what you got. :waving:

$1000.00 is probably a decent deal on that mower. I guess I need to add that I want a mower that is in great shape also. Don't mind paying the money for one but I am not going to pay new prices for a used machine. I have looked at some nice low hour mowers in the past few months but could buy new 08 left overs for what people are asking:hammerhead:. I guess that racehorse deal out there is just a myth?

I don't know much about the Hustler walk-behinds. Looked at them when I demoed their sit down mowers. What size motor does it have? Does it have the "handle bar type" drive system?

I think its a 17hp engine on it Ill verify this weekend when I get to the shop, and yes its the handle bar type drive system. Everyone loves it, they are easy on your hands/fingers/wrists for all day mowing.
