    I have always liked kawi but I wanted to see what everyone else has.

    Kohlers are OK but the Kawis are just so much smoother and start so much easier.

    I am curious who voted briggs? I never thought of them as commercial.

    I like Kawi and Honda makes a good engine! My Exmark has a 21 hrs Kawi.

    I have a 13 horse Kohler Commander on my 36" J.D W/B I can't STAND IT! Hard to start, tempramental, backfiring, loud, SPAZ!

    i have a briggs on my quick 36 i think it is an briggs 16hp els (extended life series) no problems with it. only dowside is its pretty loud.
