I have a 26hp efi 2002 walker with 420hr on it, (bought it used) The drives seem to be real sensitive and it is tearing lawn's up real bad when running full throttle, cut back on the speed some and it gets better but still damages lawns, I have changed the oil (put Mobil1 15w-50 in) this did not help the units make a whining noise that I have not heard on the other older walker. Any ideas what the problem could be?

It sounds like you are over speeding your pumps. There are TWO sppen up kits that can be putm on Walkers. You can run either one but not both at the same time. If you do you WILL burn up the pumps. Check out this thread.

I work in a Walker Dealership and work on Walkers all the time.
Make sure you DO NOT have both speed up kits on it. If unsure post pictures of both the engine pulley and the jackshaft pulley and I will try to tell you from the pictures.
