I have a 2003 Walker Model C with the small 7 bushel hopper. Most of the time the alarm does not sound when the hopper is full. I have checked the micro switch several times and it works everytime.

Any of you guys had this problem?

I have no idea, but I just had to say this-- If you turn your headlights on FIRST, THEN trvel at the speed of light, they WILL work, because the light would be who knows how far ahead of you, and you cant catch up to it if you're going the same speed it is :D :D :D :D --Sorry again, I just couldnt hold that one in me!!!

On mine you have to kick off the blades within seconds of the alarm sounding or your going to have a clog. Mine has failed once or twice, but never a serious problem. Is your chute oscillating? To test it, you can turn the key in the "on" position, but don't start the engine and engage the blades. An alarm will sound and the discharge chute in you hopper should oscillate back and forth.
