    Great question X - My guys cut 3 huge roots from it to get wall in. The client is having it taken down next week.

    good looking wall. does your drain pipe exit anywhere else besides the 2 spots next to the stairs?

    Yes it exits up around the corner but it has a downward slope to the stairs.
