PJ, I have been waiting since September for a new tube for my bagger. My dealer seems to keep forgetting to ask about it. While I like the machine, I can't seem to get service to satisfy me. When I purchased the mower, I had to wait over two weeks for the bagger. Then there was a problem with it picking up clippings, another three weeks for the proper blades. Now this. After the service I have recieved from my dealer, I can't possibly see myself purchasing another Hustler. I blame Hustler only to a certain extent, I feel the dealer here has no business selling them. As I said before, I like the mower, just can't justify the service. Thanks for any help I can get.
