After we winterized our customers we had 5 inches of rain over a couple of days. I had 2 more late calls this week so I also blew out 4 accounts that have zones with low spots. Alot of water came out. The worst one had maybe 5 seconds of water (not mist) from the head at the end of the zone.

Where did the water re-enter the system? This is one of those deals that would make me wonder about liabiility. You do a great job cleaning out the system, then somehow more water gets back in and eventually freezes and breaks things.

Who do they blame in the spring?
