I put out fliers mow weed eat edge and scalping Im getting some scalping calls anyway bid a guy 65.00 scalp only one time. Customer will take it from there some one went by and said 35.00 customer called me to match him. New guys listen up scalping is the hardest work we do, dont under bid one timers.Scalping is 2 1/2 to three times more than the weekly rate.

If I have a request for scalping ,I try to discourage it. I give some information to the customer about the problems (mainly encouraged weed seed germination), that it causes/encourages.Then if they still want it done I will do it.

One of my customers told me that the guy who sprays her yard told her not to scalp. So what do you do to get all the dead grass up?

Don't rush it . The bermuda won't need cut until the end of april ,unless it has weeds. When you do start cutting ,cut1/4-1/2 lower than usual for 1st cut.
