    Just a quick thought...

In another thread - business area I think - someone posted a question about what websites do for us. One thing I listed, dealt with a point of reference.

A website can be a more stable and permanent reference and means to be found - especially as technology progresses.

When we were near Portland, the region re-assigned area codes or phone numbers. We had to change our number partially. It was before I had a website, but if I had the site, the URL would not have changed.

We moved to southern Oregon and got a new phone number and area code, but the webiste address is the same. Our house is for sale now and we plan to move back again, and when we get there, the website address will be the same.

Its a nice feature about a website.
