Weed eater chaps?

    I've bled plenty. Wife doesn't like to see me all bloody. some days I come home so dirty she nearly won't let me in the house as it is.

    Look into bush walking or hiking chaps. Preferably elastic on top and velcro down the side.

    Good idea! exactly the sort of things we used for back country / cross country skiing when I was younger, but so long ago, I had forgotten about them!

    wow! lots of diversity on this subject. Oh I don't mid getting dirty believe me but it does seem to me that I am getting lots of wounds on my legs and it would have to save money on my pants wearing out quickly!

    Those are exactly what mine that my wife made for me are modeled off of.

    Ironically, we used them more often when wearing knickers, of all things!

    I have ran it with out the guard but it's back on. Im a wimp, I know!

    My guard is on and my legs with shorts on get all cut up. Bought some chaps from Cabelas that wre really light weight and worked great when I was mowing.
