Couldn't of said it better myself!
I've got a set of those. They've held up really good over the years. I only use them on nasty overgrown lawns. On my normal weekly lawns I don't need them.
This has happen to me
I been trimming since 1985 and its part of the job getting dirty I wear shorts Sure chaps would help but wearing nothing makes you a better trimmer helps keeps you from trimming to short I mow 3'' I trim 3''
Like Jim said he is not a banker Me either
Here a pic of me with no chaps Over years your legs gets tuff
Why add more clothes? Lightweight cargo pants still breath but dont feel nothing when whacking it down.
I will check out the link Greg, thanks

think these guys make some nice things, bought a few things they are well made.
Yes they do. I've got their backpack blower cover too. Thinking about getting some trimmer covers.
Stihl offers lightweight breathable trimmer chaps. Go online to their site to see them.
No problem, I never bought the chaps, but did buy one of their cool flaps that attach to a hat and it worked pretty good. The product was good, and the shipping was pretty fast as well.
