All models are the same? What happened to the extended length model for us tall folks? Just was reading about it a while back, some guy demoed one and wrote a review on it with an employee that was like 6'6" tall...

You could buy a pole saw and put a weedwhacker gear box on it...wouldnt be very cost effective. Possibly the pole hedgetrimmer as well...not sure if that shaft is longer than the weedwhackers or not.

    Hi,
We are most likely going to introduce (Oficially!) a tall trimmer in Feb 2007. The unit will be the TBC-260PFL (25 cc, 1.3 h.p.) and have a 71" shaft.

MSRP will be between $409.99-$429.99. How does that sound?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner on the field to forum test of the extended length trimmer...My guardrail trimming season ended just as I expressed interest in trying out that model. PM me about the new model. I'd like to be the one to do testing on that unit. Thank you.
