I have three accounts in the bag for this spring. I told all of them that I will come by bi-weekly, should I tell my other jobs when they come in bi-weekly or weekly? I just figured weekly down here in south carolina would be too much.

It depends on the weather as well. SOme of my clients want me to come bi weekly since the weather does get hot they dont want me to burn the grass by always cutting it

Here in the Northeast, we do weekly in May and June, then slow it to every 10 days. If they fert and/or irrigate, it is weekly. Either way, I do what the customer asks, and charge accordingly.
