I am so busy I am happy that i am losing accounts is that right or wrong?
That isn't good. Clearly you either aren't using your time efficently or you took on to many customers. This is not good because now you have bad word of mouth advertising. This also means you probably have more pissed off customers you just don't know about them yet.
Are these accounts you already have and are losing them because you are busy and cant get to them or are you losing accounts by not being able to bid on them because you are busy?
Losing accounts by not being able to bid on them because I am too busy
hire in helpers, buy more efficient equipment, there is no worse thing if you want the business.
Or cut loose the dead weight and focus on the high margin ones.
