Hey is anybody else ready for welding season to begin? Boy I am chomping at the bit. In fact I cheated and did a few proj inbetween rain storms. Getting the shop organized and adding shed to store equipment, so I will have more room to cut those 10' pieces of stock. Already have too much for winter planned. How bout you?

    Already Started!

I just finished an "L" shaped stand for a South Bend Model C metal lathe last week and built a couple of new shop carts as well. I hope to be making some changes to my trailer soon for next season and have plans to build several attachments for an old cub tractor this winter. Lots of metal working jobs coming my way soon with a larger lathe to work with it should be fun.

I scraped all of my old shop workbenches this year and replaced them with hydraulic tables, you just can't beat a work table that you can adjust the height up and down. Makes loading a breeze when I can back my truck up to the shop door and adjust the height of the table to the tailgate.
