    couple of things to check,
does the spool turn freely ?
is the wire feed contact nozzle ok the one at the very end that the wire goes thru . unscrew that one and see if it moves free that the wires goes thru it easily. they are the usual problems.
other than that is the feed trying to feed or isn't that turning ?

Is the spool feeding the right way? Over or under?

Have you run over the cable? Or kinked it?

Ive had it where there was a little extra tab on the spool that got caught every revolution.

Does the spool spin easily by hand? if yes, may need to tighten the roller tensioner.

Take off the tip. Pull the trigger. If you dont have the problem, replace the tip.

what procut said, take the spool of wire off and turn it around it sounds like it is on backwards

sounds like your wire spool is too tight, loosen the wing nut to free the spool.
