I live in the Seattle area and mow in the rain and heavy morning dew. I am a homeowner with 1.5 acres and use a Snapper rider. I NEED wet performance. How is the Hustler for wet grass? Rain and wet are the norm here for much of the year. Thanks.

I have a 60" Super Z and its no good in damp grass ,let alone wet grass.

You need a mower with a "free flow" deck. Most brands use a recycling baffel system to recut the clippings finner.

There has been talk for the last two years that Hustler was going to redesign thier deck's to handle wet grass but nothing has happened that I know of yet.

Thanks for the input. Tried mowing with the grass catcher this morning in heavy dew .FUTILE. I used my Toro Super Recycler w/bag and no clogs. I was really hoping that the Hustler could help out. I would use the side discharge but with me being the cleanup crew; cleaning up the street and flower beds is not for me.
