What about full service customers?

    I have been debating over the good the bad and the ugly of full service customers. Heres what I have come up with.

    The good: Fewer customers to deal with. Less wear and tare of the individual pieces of equipment. My lawns look perfect. Longer work year, can do mulching early as well as trimming and aeration. I will make more money with fewer customer.

    The bad: I have to have more equipment to do the different work. More running around, trips to nursery, dump and such. I have to keep more stuff with me.

    The ugly: Full service customers are hard to come by, it will take time to get them. It will hurt more if I loose one.

    These are a few of my thoughts any others and whats your experience with this?
