what are the best commercial property to get for a solo operation?

    for a guy starting out, what commercial properties are best to get?

    churches, VFW's, gasoline stations, mom and pop shops?

    If you are just starting out I would say stay away from gas stations for a while. Maybe try a church or 2. We have 3 church accounts and like all of them.

    Yeah, stay away from the big chain stores for a while until you get the feel for it. Churches are great , because if you do great work and are dependable, they will keep you on as long as they see fit. As a solo, stay away from any HOA's as well. Too many problems for a solo guy to deal with. Look for local high traffic areas that have easy access for the equipment you have, and solicit to them. Don't buy new mowers, etc..,for a new account after getting a new signee. Work with what you have as long as possible.JMO:waving:
