Generic and brand name Barricade are different in volume. You can not accurately measure generic with a barricade cup.

On a supplemental label it has approximate weights by the tablespoon. 16 tablespoons to a cup.

I use a dry measuring cup

Thats why i bought digital scale. I never had name brand stuff. Your correct, scale weight didnt equal markings on cup.

I bought one of the cheap food scales with the plastic cup on top. If I remember correctly the cup holds about 7 oz of pre +/- a little. Since i'm doing a split app I'm not too worried about getting it down to an exact amount. I err on the over side though since i'm applying 1.20 lbs per acre total.

Digital scale. You an get one at Staples for about $30. Keep a spare 9v battery around.
You should be switching over to Dimension any day now. We just finished our prodiamine, got a case of Dimension 2EW yesterday to finish our last rd1's.
