Well I'm in your area, and if you can get $45.00 for 10,000 sq ft. more power to you. A 10,000 sq. ft. yard might take me 20 minutes in total time with a 36" mower.

I could be off on this, but that seems high to me.

I'm not sure on the prices but you're on the right track, I myself use a table like that so I have a guide for myself and it helps me keep the prices straight. You might have to adjust them some and it will take time, but I would keep that table or at least the concept, I find this type of plan essential for my pricing.

thank-you for all the insite, mowing is where I am a little off on I thought that was a little high, but didnt know by how much, my plan was to aim high that way you have some room to go down, like I would take $39.00-$42.00 for a 10,000sqft, I have mowed before, u must be pretty good, I just purchased a 52" 1500z ferris 25HP. I still do like the super-z, but I beleive that would be a better commercial mower, 1500z can get into smaller spaces, and I got the head-lights, and stripe kit. Do any of u guys ever use the mulcher on your mowers? I just flip up the chute and go to town.:weightlifter:

Uh, you spent 80K on equipment, and you're here asking us what you should charge?

64-68 bucks for LESS than a half acre would get you a laugh around here. An acre lot mowed and trimmed goes for around 55-70 depending on obstacles and amount of trimming.

Me too, and I'm in the same exact area. 10,000 sq ft is less than a quarter acre. Like I said before, that takes 20-25 minutes for me with a 36" w/b including trim time.

I got my price sheet from a guy on this site. I got it off his website, and it fit what I wanted to make/hr and it starts with a min. of $25 for anything up to 10,000 sq ft and goes up. I'm raising my min. next year to $27 for anything up to 10,000 sq ft to cover some increased expenses.

Good Luck though. The only way I see those kind of prices flying would be in Ladue, Clayton, or Frontenac.
