A post in another thread got me thinking. In addition to mowing, do you pull/remove weeds from your customers' landscaping, walkways, etc? For instance, if you're hired to mow a residential lawn, but you notice the homeowner's landscaping has a lot of weeds growing (and it's obvious they don't take care of it themselves), do you just pick them as part of the mowing job? Or, do you offer to remove them at an added cost each month (upsell)? Or, do you just let them go and not say anything? Most of my customers are pretty good about taking care of their own landscaping, but I have one that has let things go and keeps saying she's going to get to it soon.
