This is my first year to take of lawns-yes, am licensed. I have about 20 yards now, but most of them have not been well taken care of. In fact, some are just downright BAD! My questions are?
1.Do you charge extra for the extra trouble of going back several times to get rid of these difficult problems?
2. Does anybody have a contract/or brochure stating what you will and will not be responsible for?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Spraylady, been where you are not that long ago. The approach that I took, was to spend as much time as necessary to clean up the lawns, with the hope that someone would notice the improvement and that they would then call me. And to a great extent that has worked. Word of mouth has been good to me and my business. When I had 100 customers, I had plenty of time to spend on the lawns, you can sorta spoil those customers, but the word will get out, that there is a Better Mouse Trap, and your business will GROW.
