Put a dump hydro under your truck bed and dump the clippings in back your truck

Dump insert. Buy a dump truck. Buy a trailer that dumps in the front off to the side. Cheap way is to use a load handler in the truck bed. I don't bag much grass any more. I bag leaves in the fall and bag for spring clean ups. I just use my dump for that.

I just mulch em so there's nothing to haul away.

The only time I bag clippings is in the spring time when scalping the bermuda. That reminds me why I have zero desire to bag clippings the rest of the year. I mulch 99% of the time. All my properties look like I bag them. Sure, mulching slows you down a bit, but think about all the time you spend dumping clippings into the truck and hauling them to wherever your dump site is.

I think the last time I bagged anything was around 1982.

Haha well dang guys i didn't realize it was so out dated! I really only bag one church i mow and 2 residentals but mulching really does sound like the way to go..

  8. All my mowers minus my tru-cuts(obviously) have mulch kits on them. Bagging is non existent here in South Florida. The way i look at it is if you side discharge there is a mess in the beds and you are blowing mulch around. Sure mulching does slow you down a bit but i think its the best way to go.

Even with the tru-cuts, if you're mowing often enough the clippings are so fine you can just let them fly. I let them fly with the reel all the time with the exception of in the spring when scalping bermuda.
