I was just curious what everyone kept with them on the truck while in the field. I just got my big toolbox put on the truck today, and was wondering what kind of things everyone else kept in theirs. My list so far is:

    Trimmer line
    Fuel Mix
    Tool box
    Few hand towels
    Grease gun

    Add to my list............

Man, how could I have foregotten duct tape. That's a must. Oh well, this looks like a pretty good start. Are there any other must haves?

if your like me and get about a flat a week, don't forget the pug kit, has saved my tail countless times, oh also, spare fuses, in fact, one of my mowers died and wouldn't start today, ck'd a couple things pulled a fuse, got one out of the box and went back to work. I also try to carry a spare deck drive and deck belt for the Z's, a little wire (have had to bypass a couple malfunctioning seat switches lately) This stuff helps me out but I guess it depends on what and how much equipment you are trying to keep going but, being able to make a 5-minute fix and save a trip to the dealer is almost priceless. Oh, just remembered a couple more: adjustable wrench, visegrips, and a b.f.h.

A large outfit here keeps a spare tire for the front and back for every mower on the trailer. They mount them on the sides they all have mesh like the gates on the sides and just bolt it to it . Any of you do this ?

Extra nuts and bolts. They take up very little space, and will save you if you loose one.
