Next spring, I will be graduating with my degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Management. I have now started my job search, looking at my options and networking with employers in hopes that I will have a full time position set up by the time I graduate. Just curious of what you guys look for when hiring new help... What is most important...
Communication skills, education, experience... etc? (granted I know it depends on the position)

Just looking at what I should emphasize on my resume...

    Thanks!

    Work ethic.
    Previous employer telephone.
    Will they pass drug test.
    Drivers license.
    Health card.
Willingness to start at bottom and show what they got.
    Look me in the eye.
    Look presentable.
    Speak clearly and properly.
The real deal is don't be one of the 22-30 year old kids that think they are entitled to anything. Interview well be honest, and don't think that you are owed anything and you should do o.k.. good luck with your job search. Hope it works out well for you.
