    I would put some color on the front. Maybe the background of a house with a beautiful lawn. Are you printing these or someone else?

    48hourprint is doing the printing!
    I am going to have 2 different sets made up. Some of this style and some with a photo of a house or something else. In my area guys use the one color nebs door hangers or the flier in a bag with a rock. These will be hand delivered to specific areas where I already have clients and just want to pick up a couple of other houses on the block. Believe me they stand out from what most of the competition is putting out there.
