Funny you should ask. We just ordered a new enclosed trailer and this is the list we came up with for a 3 man full service crew. We designed the trailer so there was a place for everything. 6-K for the rig and 2-K for the custom stuff shelves racks etc. it is a 16" enclosed with 7'-6" height and 5" tongue so it doesn't get crunched by the dump bed on the UD. This is going to sound crazy. Buy i haul my Polaris Ranger in my enclosed trailer. We had to chop the cage and reweld it to make it short enough to fit through the 6 foot opening. Still have to be carefull that you aren't on a hill. I pull my aerator behind it. and also use it for spraying my fert with. You should just see peoples faces " Your gonna put that thing on my lawn?" It has a lift an mud tires. I just smirk and go ahead and do it. Once i am done they can't believe that there is no trace of it ever being on there due to the open rear end doesn't tear up the turf.
