what engine make is on this proline ?

    Looks like a 4 cycle Suzuki...I'm not positive though..

    The valve cover resembles suzuki late 80's early 90's so I guess suzuki also.

    Don't think it's a Briggs...I have a 6.5hp Briggs Proline....don't think they made a 6hp....

    I Must be Out of the Loop....Was there actually a 4cycle 6hp OHV Suzuki ?

    that is a briggs!

    airfilter cover = Briggs
    Rope pulley = Briggs
    Oil dipstick tube = Briggs

    Trust me on this.

    I'd go with a Kawasaki. Toro only has the special 1 gallon gas tank for the Kawasaki model. I may be wrong though. It doesn't look like a Kawasaki though, but it may be.
