what if you partnerd????

    what if you partnerd with father and sisters soon to be husband and they have no exp. and are not willing to be taught and do shotty work. what am i goin to do

    Find a different line of work or work solo.

    ok say you got a newbie and doesnt do good work would you fire him right away or keep him??

    If he or she shows up thats a plus. But if he or she isnt willing to take advise or shows no improvement after they are showed how and what to do then what good are they?

    Don't do it. Better to nip it now then later.

    Sounds as thou they want to go along for the ride at your expense.

    we all own the company tho i am the only one with 10 years of exp. my way is PERFECT! yes i am a perfectionist sucks but i MOVE when i do a job they just slooooooooooooow but you know how we are we got soo much stuff on our minds and we try to do them all at ones and i try to show them but u know

    If I can do a job in an hour. And all three of us can do it in 45 minutes, except that the bed edging is jagged, the back porch didn't get blown off, the flat trimming is toooo short. HOW IS THIS SUPPOSED TO WORK AND BE PROFITABLE FOR US ALL?

    I often ask people to just "explain it to me......"
