What is a good material to go under a swing set?

    Figure might be easier to put something under it other than grass so i dont have to mow around it all. mulch will jsut get tracked in the house (tho i can get that for free). any other ideas?

    actually wood chips would work.

    I gotta second the rubber mulch. Have you seen this stuff? Seriously, it's awesome. Super expensive but literally like walking on a pillow. Or, if you are a toddler........ Falling on a pillow.

    Ever fallen off a swing set onto wood chips? Try it some time and see how you would like it
