I have always given my landscape maintenance quote verbally and continued from there. But lately I have been getting quite a bit request for agreement for more commercial properties. I have done some researching online and on this website but they are either too vague like the one gopher supplies or way too long and complicated with a bunch of lawyer lingo. I would like to know which is better or if any of you have a good sample to go with, that would really help. One last Q, some people have told me to include the cost of FALL CLEANUP, but what does that consist of? If I'm already maintaining their property should I still charge for the FALL CLEANUP or do I compute that into the bid when I first hand it out? Thanx to all in advance. Have a great one!!!
