Can someone please tell me what plant this is? I have a snow customer that called and wanted a price to clean everything up and mulch. I have no idea what it is. It is planted like a ground cover, everywhere. It's about 10" tall, with very leathery leaves, and a woody stalk. Also what is the correct way to "clean-up". Do I cut it all back, or leave it alone.

    Thanks MM

I thought vinca stayed green all season long. This is dark brown, and leathery.
