Curious how many are bucking the trends to be the lowest. I have found that closing rates for new sales in the 80% range and I am 10% above the industry average in pricing here in Michigan. Despite the horrible economy people have been willing to pay us $155 per acre and I plan on increasing our prices in 2011 to $165.

$300 an acre this includes pesticides and a soil sample wich may include lime/sulfur. so from one acre to another it may make more/less depending on what the recomendations of the soil sample is.
