What is your Super Bowl Meal?

  1. i had made an awesome batch of chili thinking it would be boys vs pats but that party got canceled so I shipped it to my daughter in Boston to fry the tongues of wimpy bostonians.
    So I'm going pork ribs marinating in Shiner Bock and Stubb's. I'll smoke with pecan starting around 10am or so and fix a batch of baked beans.

    On a side note: How bout those Lakers getting pau gasol? Don't think their is an NBA conspiracy for Boston/Lakers? I sure do.

    FM you sure know how to make a body homesick. Texas style ribs, chili made with no beans and Shiner Boch from the Spoetzel Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Up here in this frozen land it's Usinger's Brats and Miller beer. No more Schlitz, Blatz or Pabst here anymore.

    Ho ho, ours in the rv park for superbowl...shrimp from Mexico w/ chili from Hatch, NM,
    white & red wine....some smoke fumes coming our way.
