looks like a rat snake.
I think it might be a double spotted rattle snake.
But still not sure.
Looks like it's got quite the cut in it's mid section! Where in your yard did you find it?
Maybe a bull snake?
found it in Nevada
Last month while doing work out there.
I think a bird got it and dropped cuz the snake was barely moving.
Not one that i would get close to. I hate snakes.
