I'm working on 2013 programs and need some help. I'm in North Carolina. We have all the grass. Fescue grows from Feb/March-Oct, but will have some slow growth even in the winter. Round 1 fertilizer is applied mid feb and the fall fert is in Nov. So in my normal monthly program I do 12 months with an average 50 cuts. Warm season is pretty different. growing season is march-october and leaves will fall from October to end of the year. I have 3 different packages.... 1. growing season program for 8 months at avg 35 weekly cuts. 2. year round... 12 months at avg 48 cuts a year. 3. this is where i need some help. was looking for something in between that would include mowing and leaf season. So march - december. I could do it over 12 months which would lower monthly payment but wouldn't go in winter or I could do it over 10 months when I was mowing regularly. When someone doesn't do 12 months how do you incorporate weed control in the price? the easiest thing might be to just do everything on 12 payments with a disclaimer that if they cancel then a final invoice or refund will be issued depending on the amount of services rendered. any advice?
