    Commercial and Residential

    mowing
    trimming
    edging
blowing off debris from driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, parking lots
    leaf cleanups
    small mulch jobs
    small shrub/tree trimming jobs
    edging/borders around flower beds
    landscaping lights

any large job i tell them to call someone else that has a crew of workers since i'm solo. i get asked to do large jobs sometimes but i tell them it would take me almost 2 days and i'm sure they don't wanna pay me $500-$1000 for a job that a crew of guys could do in 4hrs lol.

I do a lot of what was mentioned already, however I have not seen topsressing mentioned. I plan on pushing that here next year as the market is huge but nobody really does it on a medium to large scale here

We do top dressing mostly with seeding and core in fall. Its the best. sucks doing it by hand, and the tractor defets the coring.

mowing, mulching, aerating, over seeding, light tree and shrub trimming, mowing is the biggest money marker, but mulching has better profit margin.
