I like to see how many other services your companies provide! Solo operators and large companies.

    We offer Property maintenance:
Mowing, Mulching, tree & shrub instalation, pruning, spring & fall cleanups, lot sweeping, plowing, sanding, roof clearing, gutter cleaning, resealing driveways, winter property watch services, retail mulch sold, light landscaping projects. And im sure we left out something! Future service (local paving company (small)selling all equipment in 2004) may add this to our list.
  2. I keep adding more....

Landscape install, complete Maint. and removal.

    Gutter cleaning

    This summer; sealcoating

    Tree trimming and removal.

    Retaining walls

Almost forgot, snow and ice managment.

    So far just:

    lawn cutting
    spring/fall cleanups
    debris removal
    power raking

...but my other jobs keep me busy the rest of the time with Web and graphic design, computer consulting and maintenance, being a dad, browsing Lawnsite.com, looking through the eXmark catalog (copies both on my desk and in the bathroom), etc.
  6. The sign on the truck says:

    Haggerty Lawn Maintenance
    Groundskeeping Service

We do wide area mowing, but we do small lawns too.
All the edging, trimming and pruning that can be reached from the ground. (We have pole mounted loppers, pruners and a chainsaw an a pole.)
Core aeration and topdressing by the acre.
Install bed edging, pea gravel borders.
We do about half of our account's bed work like mulching and weeding. The rest is subbed out.

Most everything else is subbed out too.
    Weed & Feed

Hey Brian, my list is pretty similar to yours. I am adding Putting Green installation this year though. It looks to be a big money maker.
