IVe been mowing yards for 5 years, bought all new commercial equip last year and this year, and this IS my FIRST YEAR ive made enough to have to report income. i WIll be Getting my license soon so many questions are to come, but heres one of the first

most of my clients are loyal but i still get tired of the other ones that insist on taking advantage of me b/c im 18 instead of 30 or 40

I need a somewhat flexible contract so i dont scare away my loyals but something that i can give to the more unstable clients and rental property owners

What do most year around contracts look like and what DO I HAVE TO HAVE in it to make sure it can stand up in court if broken?

also what are some ideas from your experiences

    PDF's or pictures welcome!.

    Thank you
