I going to place a bid on 25.6 acres.
2 Fire departments 1 acre a piece. 2 cemeteries:5acres and 3acres both have up right markers and all have to be trimmed around. 3 parks 10 acres, 5 acres, and last 1 acre. I do everything myself. 30mile round trip. Last yours bid was $680 WOW. I thought about doing it for $780.

Sounds about what I was doing a town of about 250 people for, a couple of years ago.

There was 2 baseball fields, a city office, a larger cemetary with about 400 headstones, a sewer pond area, common areas, and 3 parks.

We were getting just under $600 / week to mow, and could do it all in about 7 hours, on a good day, usually about 10.

I'd say you're about right, except that trimming can be killer. Are you allowed to use round-up?? If not, look into a PGR.
