I am looking for something that I can make & invoices and such and just fill in the blanks when I need to mail one out. Make sense?
Ill make you up an excel workbook if you have MS Office.
like i said i have gopher,
if i mow a location, i can schecule the whole season, if they day changes it takes 20 seconds to change it. when the job is done i just click complete. when billing time comes i hit the generate invoice button, and its done. very easy.
just like most programs you can get a free trial. try the different ones, see wat works for ya.
Then Quickbooks Pro is all you need.
