I just met with a commercial account and he asked for a monthly maintenance bid for his office building. The lawn cutting seems like it may take me about an hour to do. He also asked for a bid on the plowing for the building. There are trucks that have to go out, they go out from 2-6 am. What should I do? What do I charge?

Basically charge accordingly for the lawn as you would normally. I would probably charge somewhere around the $75 range, but don't know for sure whithout seeing it. As far as the plowing goes, I would add a little extra from what you would normally charge becasue its going to have to be high on the priority list.

I'm going to not be rude, but your profile states that you have been in business for 10 years. After that length of time I would think you knew how to give estimates for lawn and snow. Please explain to me if I'm wrong...
