I have been doing the weed & feed deal for 1 year now all are 12k and down in size. Never Have bid a commercial property b/4. Any good suggestions for 16 acres of flat ground. It needs to be picture perfect.

I would charge around $2500 as long as its fairly flat and not all chopped up!

Joe, thats around $1.70 a K, are you sure about that?

Straight fert I would be at least $4 a k, and add another 2 per K with a blanket weed control. I would be closer to $4,000 for that app.

Yeah,...that's the sad truth. In large quantity areas, we can come in around 75/acre. Too many others are doing it for this. We are only at around 100/acre for normal aps. I think tru-brown still comes in at around 90. I am POSITIVE they would hit THIS place for even cheaper than what I quoted. Myself, I would like to do around 1600 for it, but it could be done for 12 rather easily. Now mind you...this is NOT a heavy or primo fert..
