Do you own one or will you rent one? Price will depend on the lot size.

Well, only you know what your overhead is and what you paid for it and what you need to make from it.

I just bought a CA 18 classen a few weeks ago. I have a few Condo's and townhomes with small yards. (I mean very small 1/2 postage stamp small)
For those lawns, I will run the machine for $45 + seed and the other fixins. My normal minimum is $65. + tax as well.

well, my grandpa gave it to me. so i dont have anything into it.

so for a 1/2 of an acre, i should charge around $80 and from there on up??

Wow $65.00 Im getting $125.00 I can charge that because Tru Green is charging at least $200.00. Its been too dry around here to aerate we need a good soaking or Im going to lose out.

i get about $100 for a 1/4 acre yard. Pull behinds don't do as good of a job as a true plug aerator.
