what tools do you guys have

    McDonalds operates entirely off of a system. From taking the food order , to slapping the sandwiches together, to packaging the food and handing it to the customer.

    If you're forgetting tools - then you need to refine your system.

    Last week I forgot the 3" suction hose for the water pump. Luckily I realized this before we passed by the rental store. $15 to rent the hose for the day. That's better than 2-3k for a trailer that we would not store a bulky hose in anyway.

    When we did Hardscape full time if income stopped for 2 months I would have been up a creek.

    And most small and most new Hardscape guys live from job to job.

    The industry is flooded with guys with rubber mallets in hand. The money isn't there like it was in 2001.

    Can't make the trailer payment and meet payroll atleast the rubber mallett handles are dry in the coverd trailer...

    I gotta know what devious is up to with 3" suction hose. The suspense is killing me.

    great advice guys, i think im going to hold off on buying anything until i am sswamped with work. I thought it would have been a good investment, but it seems like i will be happier witth the money in my bank account

    when the time comes should i buy a gas powered wet saw or save money and go electric
