What are the common tools needed for this business? I have done some research and wanted to get input from others on what is good to have to get the job done. I was wondering if anyone uses orchard ladders to hang lights in trees. And what about using the "little giant" ladder until I can find a orchard ladder. And where do you guys get your extension cords and accessories etc.

I know a circuit tracer is handy, but are there brands to stay away from or functions I should look for in one? I just saw one at HD for like 30.00 bucks and was scared to buy it thinking thats just too cheap.
