1 1994 GMC Topkick with a 12ft dump and 10 western and desiel with 80k miles. THe truck looks great for only $13,500 nego
    2. 1999 Mitubishi Fuso 4X4 with a man box, dump bed, and western plow, with only 17,000 miles. The truck looks good. He's asking $15000

Be careful with used plow trucks, I'd have a mechanic check out the one your really serious about. The Mitsubishi sounds really good for the price. Have they had salt spreaders in them?

If you're not pulling a ton of weight then I'd take the Mitsu for sure.

You should be fine, I've towed a skidsteer behind one, it did fine just not gonna win any races with it.

I personally wouldn't wanna drive cross country with the set up though.

They'll do 65-70...when I had 10k-12k pounds behind it and hit a hill though I was doing 55.

    Around town, they're peppy.

The isuzu if I'm correct you are sitting right above the front tires. If this is the one I think you mean, it is a very rough ride. The GMC will be far more comfortable to drive, should be stronger also.
